seeking data showing resource consumption of components

the technical data sheet in the appendix of the help fule shows what the component cost of hulls and modules is. But it does not show the mineral cost of each component (e.g. how much titanium is needed for component m5). Is this data available?

Aha, thanks. I see the lexicon has all the data I want. But, I was hoping to find a similar table to those in the appendix of the help file listing the resource usage all the hcomponents. I want to drop it into Excel. Does that exist?

if you goto kosmor.de in the downloads/flash section there is a tool... but it doesnt do raw materials

Well, my model is almost complete.
I can plug in a hull plus amount and type of modules (lasers, drives). Then it tells me exactly how much raw materials are consumed, how much cash, and also shows the total value of this ship including all the factory overheads.

It also gives a list of how many modules of each type will be required.

conclusion: The cost of building a fleet is staggering!
