this is a game and it is totally normal that smaller players have to pay "taxes" to stronger ones...
a player with a big fleet need some more planets as a non pro player to pay for his ships. and i just want to take 1 or 2 planets! i know that this is a bit unfair but this is kosmor. some time ago i was the one who had lost a lot of planets.

but now you show my wp fleet to all players! that was a big mistake... and now you have a problem!

I agree Pimperkalle might have been more "honorable" or whatever you like to call it, if he had asked politely if you wanted to join, or at least contacted you about the attack.

But in the end, almost all big players will do the same. They conquer you. It's that simple.

It's like the little situation between me/Salami on one side, and Neireh/Tikonda on the other side. We were stronger, we took some planets - they are stronger now, and it's basically "join or die". The contact between me and Neireh has been reasonably friendly, but is either side being especially friendly or fair to the other? No, both sides have abused strength and opportunity to create a situation in their advantage. That's the way this game is played. In the end it's just one rule: the stronger player beats the weaker player. Strength can be found in many ways: a large fleet, a powerful friend, smart tactics... but in the end that's the only thing that really counts.

Don't get me wrong. I value loyalty, friendship, and respect a lot! But this game is not just about that. If there was only friendship all the time, this game would be boring. That's why I've been aiming for conflicts now and then. I'm first and foremost loyal to my house and leader, but when I see an opportunity for conquest I can be quite selfish sometimes. This game is about power. That is the only thing. However, friendship is power as well, and every enemy you make is a threat to your power. That is why small players can matter if they work together, and big players can't just do all they like if they piss off too many other players. There have been examples of that, and I am sure there will be examples like that later.

The situation with Pimperkalle / Daktaklakpak... I think Daktaklakpak should stop crying. He got beat by a stronger player. Big deal. It's not fun, but if you can't take your loss, this won't be a fun game. The thing you must learn is to take your losses, and just keep going. Eventually you will become stronger, wether through building up a fleet and lots of planets, or by joining a strong house which can protect you. This game is not for people who join and expect to win right away. You need patience, skill, and a bit of luck to become strong. Crying will not make you stronger. If Pimperkalle was a big bully who broke alliances and conquered everyone he saw, there would be a reason to call out and unite other players against him, but this... little incident is no reason to cause so much commotion, I believe. Posting the fleet... It's a bold move, but also a useless one. You know that in war spies are generally either held hostage or executed. I will not shed a tear if you are bled dry to your last planet. Not because I don't like you, but because you've brought it on yourself.

Maybe i should comment to Darkfyres words that i grant a disadvantaged oppenent the chance of retreat before attacking them. And i must say that we are hardly a house of conquerors. I wrote Salami before to question him not to attack reacor planets or he has to live with the consquences. Not evryone would give an obviously agessive Emperor heading to your Planets the chance to think his plans over.So in this Case we are only defending us But challenge us and we fight back with all we have. Don`t underestimate your neightbours when you think that they might could be an pretty prey. You would never know which connections they might have. Allys or other partners in the background which wherend official. You should know your enemy first, and then you schould know yourself and your abilitys then youmight have a chance *G*
