no one is harrassing him the last post asking him was in december so I do not know what you are talking about he made it clear that a tourny is going to be held after the upgrades and we have around 500 people which we are not near any more since 60 people left during the christmas season unless he changes his mind. |

There is also some stuff left to program, as the existant tournament engine is quite old and outdated by now.
But at least the server is finally up and running... This is very important to us, as it has really delayed development...

how do the tounament engine and the game engine differ?
apart from no jump drive, different starting conditions and turn length?

The last time i played in a tournament, you had to change to taxes planet-by-planet, there was no taxes-"modify" button in the solar-system overview.
Also i wasn't able to declare myself independent.
Also no "Ship overview", aso. |
