Sales on the marketplace / list of planets to sell from

Hi

I would like to make an improvement suggestion for sales on the marketplace:

If you want to sell a product, especially raw materials in large amounts, you enter an amount (i.e. 150.000 titanium). Then on the next page you get a suggestion, from which planet you want to sell. That can be a list with a few planets. The engine automatically starts with the maximun amount available on the planet who comes first in alphabetical order. And that - the alphabetical order - is the point I would like to be changed!

Question:
Can you list on FIRST place the HOMEPLANET ?

Why?
As I talked to other players I found out that some of them have the same problem:
Everybody gathers his materials on the HP. Only a special amount ist shipped to other planets in case you produce components on more planets (that is when you prepare to begin a war or for a defense).

Since a HP can start with a letter like Q it is always last on the list (and even if it would be C it doesn't have to be first). If you're buying and selling nearly each day on the marketplace, that means EACH DAY, I first enter i.e.:
150.000 titanium
on the first page of the sales process, then on the next page the engine suggest to sell i.e.:
85.000 from planet Aaaaa
35.000 from planet Bbbbb
30.000 from planet Ccccc
And so I have to cange this into 150.000 from Ccccc (each day!)

So I think it would be a nice enhancement of comfort if you list the HP first and in 99% the engine will find the entire amount (in my example 150.000 titanium) on the HP and I would only have to click "send" and not go through the process of changing the amounts as deschribed day by day.

How about that?

I paid that price for going thru the described procedure day by day...

So, if you like my suggestion, I guess that your HP does not start with A neither, doesn't it?

This suggestion is a poorly disguised ploy to determine possible names of people's HPs.

That being said, I think this is a very good suggestion.

in .de i just went to sell something, and i have 2 different components which are present on 2 systems...

and in both cases, planet 2 has more of the component

PS: my HP doesn't start with "A", either...

I like this idea too, it is one of a few UI enhancements i would suggest (i will suggest in another thread when i get time).

Oh, and my homeworld starts with a "Z", honest.

This feature is VERY anoying!

As you can imagine, my HP is also close to the end of the alfabet!

Something I'd like to see is pending orders.
IE be able to setup weekly orders. Like order resources every 5 days to construct a new ship or whatever. I hate finding out that I need to buy plasma for one of my planets so it can make that last plasma conduit for a laser or something.

I like your idea UNSCRAPIER, and why don't also do it in the other side too?

my fleet is too big, My planets can't give them enought money for the upkeep. So, I often need to sell on the maket some ressources and other things...

it would be easier to have a remaining sales:
at a selected time (like once a week) you sell things at a price set.
If the sales aren't done on the first day, you have an option (when you make your offers), continue offering or get back these ressources.

and for the HP on the beginning of the list of offer's supplies, I agree.
