ship building

maybe someone can answer this, recently Maelstrom gave us all 30 days of Pro, during that time i built new ships of a higher order than no-pro are allowed. here's the problem, i had four ships in poroduction before the time expired, the day after i logged in and the shipyard showed that it was level 5 as a non-pro but the four ships were still being built, i logged in after the weekend, and found no new ships. they were not in production and they were not in oorbit around the shipyard planets. i have no idea if they were broke down into parts and placed back into inventory as i have a large inventory of parts.

but shouldn't the ships have finished building?

Once the yards have reverted to level 5, they cease production as they don't have the level anymore to create the ships.

I don't know if it reverts into stock or not however.

Maelstroem answered this question in kosmor.de, he said that pro ships do not get finished after expiration of pro turns or rather they get finished and handed over to space pirates, which sounds like the parts do not get refunded.

If you would have stayed pro, and dismantled the shipyards manually, you most likely would have got the ships.

well i guess next time i'll know better than to try building higher level ships so close to an expiration date. thanks for answers.

Also, if you end pro status on the day that a ship should be completed, you won't get your ship.
