Wow... gratulations, this might be a real bug...
The situation was:
I occupied a war planet wich was flying to belle_star's system.... but why didnt the war planet of the conquered player (The_Godfather) took part in this battle ? Was it too damaged from the battle before ? *g*
Would be logically, but i wonder why i didnt noticed that before..... as far as i remember it was possible that a war planet gets conquered twice the same day - once in the ship movement phase and once in the wp movement phase.... was this changed or was this a real bug ? |

Well - this was changed and is not a bug.
Units which have been conquered/destroyed in the first combat round (ship combat) wonīt participate in the second combat round anymore.
Thatīs why apparently only ships arrived on Belle Stars solar system. They were carried by a previously conquered warplanet.
If this tends to be a problem, we should think about this once again...

ah, just like i thought....
its all right this way... i was just surprised because i didnt knew it was changed 
btw. what happens now if i just "attack" an enemy war planet which is flying to an enemey star system ? My fleet destorys all the enemy's ships and the enemy's war planet. This war planet reaches - without any ships - the enemy solar system....
What happens in this situation ? There cant be a combat because only one house has a unit there. What happens with the war planet then ? Will it retreat from the enemy system ? |
