if an independent player activates his jumpdrive, of course, he will jump ~300LY

but if in the same round another player is going to integrate this player, who will jump next round, than the independent player could not jump, cuz he will be in another house at this round, where he jump.

that's incorret...

but just if he activate the jumpdrive one day befor his integration

I don't really understand the problem, blanka. Please try with T and T-1 to clarify the turns.

someone activates the jump drive, so he will jump in T

Usually he jumps here.
If he is integrated by a ship attack on his WP than he won't jump as the requirement "independence" is no longer valid (WP movement [== jump] is after the ship movement).
If he is integrated by an attack on his HS it all depends on the order of the two WP movements. If the jumper moves first, he will jump, if the attacking WP moves first to the HS, he won't jump.

That's at least the "specification" for the jump drive. If you see something not matching these cases there is a bug.
