There is a utility to remove NAV 2003 and earlier here:

http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/nav.nsf/docid/2001092114452606

also, since some AV products don't get along so well, I would uninstall that second AV software and re-install once NAV is out.

If you want another free AV option grisoft has a pretty decent one I've been using for a couple years. Good stuff. You can get that here:

http://www.grisoft.com/doc/289/lng/us/tpl/tpl01

Also, I suggest Microsoft (formerly GIANT) Anti-Spyware if you are running windows 2000 or >. It is free and has live monitoring where most of the other free warez need to be run manually. (And who better to fix it than the guys who messed it up to begin with). Wink

WHAT! I've just started playing, I don't think I'll continue if there's a chance of a virus!

There is no chance of a virus. This is an old thread.

Phew! Thanks for that, game seems quite good for a "log in and do your stuff without risking the sack for spending too much time on a game" game. So I was quite disappointed.
